About

“I am interested in writing. For writing it down. And how these words relate to images. I’m interested in writing, not because I can, but because it’s always been a problem. Writing systems, media, and techniques give me a framework I try to expand repeatedly.

The core of my aesthetic experience and interest is how the words and images are connected. In this back and forth with the self, I try to grasp the other, the outside. My artistic practice and research try to take up the different perspectives of the other in a dialogue.

The other is always part of an immanent self-awareness. The categories that are used through differentiation should be checked and tested again and again to be able to describe an open picture from different attribution frames. I use initial reciprocal considerations from the text and image discourse in my actions. My aim here is to enable experience as an aesthetic experience that can be gained from various sources”.
